I understand that sometimes even everyday life can be stressful. Through life changes, you may lose your sense of self, develop insecurities or mood changes or lose the spark in your relationship. I believe therapy is an effective mechanism to assist you in regaining your sense of self, becoming more balanced and establishing priorities in your life as well as improving personal relationships.
I will collaborate with you to develop realistic goals and provide you with tools designed to assist you in reaching those goals.
I provide therapy for individuals experiencing life transitions, adjustment issues, mood and anxiety disorders. I also provide therapy for couples experiencing difficulties, premarital counseling, parents struggling to effectively parent their children, families struggling to maintain a healthy family system and divorced parents working to effectively co-parent.
